Markos Markides
Markos has a first class honours degree in Actuarial Science from The London School of Economics (LSE), an MSC with distinction from Cass Business School (City University) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries UK since 2008. He has worked for 10 years with various Insurance companies from senior positions, such as Chief Operation Officer, Actuary, Risk Manager and Life Manager.
Markos will serve at the Board of Directors of the Fund.

Charalambos Meivatzis
Charalambos has a first class honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton and a Degree in Law from the University of Nicosia. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Cyprus Bar Association. He is a Partner and the Head of the Tax and Accounting division at Kinanis LLC and has more than 15 years of experience in the field. He acted as tax advisor and performed financial due diligence in numerus M&A deals as well as banking and financing transactions
Charalambos will serve at the Board of Directors of the Fund.
Andreas Karavias
Andreas has a degree in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Quantitative Finance both from Imperial College London and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Andreas has more than 15 years of experience in Asset Management and has been involved in various roles in investment companies, fund managers and funds in the UK, Luxembourg and Cyprus. Andreas currently serves on a number of Boards of funds, Investment Firms and Insurance Companies.
Arduino Cagnetti
Arduino has a first class honours Master Degree in Computer Science from Turin University, an MBA with distinction from the University of Edinburgh and a PhD in Quantitative Finance from Imperial College London. He served for 8 years as an Officer in the “Serenissima” Marine Regiment in Venice where he reached the rank of Captain. Arduino has 15 years of experience in investment companies and funds in the UK, Luxembourg and Cyprus and is a consultant of a portfolio of international investment companies
Andri Michael
Andri has been a practising lawyer for over 15 years. She holds an Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree in Law from the University of Southampton, and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2004. Andri is a Partner at Kinanis LLC leading the Financial Services and Funds department, focusing mainly on legal advisory and regulatory compliance AIFs. She is a member of the Legal and Regulatory Committee of CIFA and a holder of the Advanced Certificate of CySEC.
Andri will serve as the Legal Advisor to the Fund.
Christos Kinanis
Christos Kinanis holds a Postgraduate Degree in Law (LL.M) from the university of Cambridge, UK, and an Undergraduate Degree in Law (LL.B) from Athens University, Greece. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 1983 and is a member of various local and international Professional Associations and Memberships. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kinanis LLC. During his 40-year old career he played an active role in numerous acquisition deals safeguarding the interest of his clients.
Christos will serve as a Legal Advisor to the Fund.
