The Fund will have Cyprus Development Bank Plc as its Depositary, a banking institution licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, to which the safekeeping of the Fund's assets are entrusted

to achieve high returns from diversified investments

The Fund plans to invest in 5 to 8 projects that will meet its investment strategy. The ticket size per investment will range from €500.000 to €3.000.000

The Fund will have a duration of 7 years after the first closing with the right to extend the exit period for another 2 years.
